Madho Niwas

OVERVIEW

Madho Niwas was built in early 40's by Late Madho Singh Ji of Bhenswara as his personal and Family residence in Jodhpur. The house was designed by a well known English Architect Mr. Goldstow, and is made with Pink and Red sand stone. The house has beautiful gardens and lawns surrounded by big green trees. A part of its building has been converted into a Hotel and was named 'Madho Niwas' by Thakur Dalvir Singh, son of Lt. Th. Madho Singh, builder of the house. Dalvir Singh and his family members live in the other part of the building and they treat the guests as their own guests and give personal attention to them so as to make them feel at home.
